On A Mission for Your Best Health

Dr. Ron Robinson

Meet Dr. Ron Robinson, DC

Founder of Mission 516 Chiropractic | Family Resilience Framework™ Creator | Husband, Dad, and Mission Leader

I’m Dr. Ron Robinson, and for more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside families as they reclaim their health from the inside-out. While I’m a chiropractor by training, I’ve always known my calling goes deeper — to help families discover resilience, restore connection, and live the way God designed them to.

As a husband to Dana and dad to three amazing kids, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of family life. That perspective has shaped the way I care for others — because I don’t just see “patients,” I see parents who want more energy, kids who deserve to thrive, and families who long for peace and freedom in their health.

My background includes post-doctorate certifications in pediatrics and family wellness, specialized training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic (including Webster Technique), and continuing education in areas like sensory challenges, neuro-immunology, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, and functional health. But beyond degrees and techniques, what matters most is that I never stop learning — because families deserve answers that bring clarity, not confusion.

Faith is at the heart of everything I do. Mission 516 is inspired by Matthew 5:16 — “Let your light shine before others.” That’s why our mission extends beyond McHenry County. For over a decade, my family and I have led mission trips both locally and globally, bringing chiropractic care, yoga, and hope to villages in need. Those experiences remind me that health is never just about the body — it’s about the freedom to serve, love, and live fully.

Here at Mission 516, I don’t just want you to feel better. I want your family to be stronger, more resilient, and more connected — because when families thrive, communities are transformed.

Meet Dr. Katie Helfvogt, DC

Family Chiropractor | Prenatal & Pediatric Specialist | Wife, Mom, and Community Advocate

I’m Dr. Katie Helfvogt, and my heart has always been for families. As a wife and mom of two energetic boys, I know how important it is to have the energy, resilience, and peace to show up fully for the people you love most. That’s why I’ve devoted my career to helping moms, kids, and families experience health the way God designed it — from the inside-out.

A Marengo native, I graduated as Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving in private practice, specializing in family wellness, prenatal care, and pediatric chiropractic. I am trained in the Webster Technique and passionate about supporting moms through pregnancy, easing discomfort, and helping babies find the best possible start in life.

What matters most to me is connection — listening deeply, caring personally, and walking with families on their health journeys. Whether it’s a newborn struggling with sleep, a child navigating focus challenges, or a mom longing to feel like herself again, I believe every member of the family deserves the chance to thrive.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me with my husband and our boys, usually outdoors — boating, gardening, baking together, or serving in our community. For me, chiropractic isn’t just a profession, it’s part of my calling to live out my faith through service and care.

Joining Mission 516 has been a blessing — it allows me to combine my love for chiropractic with my passion for family wellness, alongside a team that shares my values and vision. I look forward to helping your family build the resilience, vitality, and connection you deserve.
